Security Deposits

We will require a minimum deposit of £75 or 10% of the final bill, which ever is the greater, for a security deposit. This is taken in the form of a cheque that is post dated for the date of your wedding to protect us in the unlikely event that stock gets damaged or goes missing. This cheque will be returned once all stock is checked and accounted for. If for any reason there damaged or missing stock up to and including the value of the cheque we will always try to contact you first before banking the cheque. If the value of the stock damaged or missing exceeds the cheque value we will bank it immediately and contact you with regards to the outstanding amount. We reserve the right to refuse work if no Security Deposit is supplied.

Wedding Deposits

We will require a non-refundable minimum deposit of £75 or 20% of the total bill, which ever is the greater, to secure your wedding date. We can not promise to hold any dates open until this is made and we will provide you with one free home consultation and at our discretion further consulting via phone and email. The final balance must be paid and settled in full no less than 6 weeks before the day of your wedding. This is so that we can start to place orders with suppliers in Holland and if there are any problems then we have the time to make changes. Brides may and often change their minds on what they require in their wedding but once it has passed the payment due date (6 weeks before the wedding) any changes requested will be at Bespoke Floral Designs discretion as orders may have already been placed with suppliers.

Stock Availability

All items shown on our site are for general guidance only. Due to seasonal and local availability we cannot guarantee that the content of your delivery will always match identically what is shown on our site. In the interests of providing you with the best possible delivery Bespoke Floral Designs may substitute one or more items. If there are particular flowers or colours that your would prefer to be included or even excluded, then we will do our utmost to meet your request.

Quality Assurance

At Bespoke Floral Designs we are fully committed to providing you with the best possible delivery service. If you are not satisfied in any way with the service that you have received please let us know immediately and your complaint will be investigated. All flowers should last for approximately 7 days depending on the conditions they are kept in.

Stock Hire

All stock hired out should be returned to us in good and reasonable condition eg Vases returned in the condition they were supplied. We expect chair covers to used as they were intended for and as such we expect them to get slightly soiled. What is not acceptable is damage/tears, if they are used as hand towels/napkins or if they are taken outside. It is the responsibility of the person hiring out chair covers that they fit the chairs intended. We use round topped covers and as such fit most round top (Banquet) chairs. We can loan a chair cover at request. Damage to any stock may result in the loss of your security deposit.
