Deposits / Security Deposits
We will require a non-refundable minimum deposit of 20% or £100 which ever is the greater to secure your wedding date. And a £100 Security Deposit against all hired stock, this is to be supplied to us 6 weeks before your wedding date via Direct Bank Transfer or cheque, this will then be returned to yourself once all stock has been returned and checked. We can not promise to hold any dates open until this is made and we will provide you with one free home consultation and at our discretion further consulting via phone and email. The final balance must be paid and settled in full no less than 6 weeks before the day of your wedding. This is so that we can start to place orders with suppliers in Holland and if there are any problems then we have the time to make changes.

Brides may and often change their minds on what they require in their wedding but once it has passed the payment due date (6 weeks before the wedding) any changes requested will be at Bespoke Floral Designs discretion as orders may have already been placed with suppliers.

We operate a minimum order service where we have a minimum required amount we have to order from our Dutch wholesaler so we cannot supply flower orders no less than £150 due to shipping costs.

We cannot stress how important it is for the remaining balance to be received 6 weeks before your wedding date because if this exceeds this date then we will miss our deadline with our Dutch Wholesaler
If this happens we will have to buy from a local wholesaler which means we will have to charge you a additional fee. This could be anything up to 20% of the total bill as we are having to pay via a third party and not direct. Our costs are competitive as we cut out the local wholesaler but to do this we have to order in advance.
If you do miss the deadline and these costs are not paid as soon as possible then you will forfeit any monies paid and you will remain liable for the total amount as we will be unable to supply your wedding flowers.

Stock Availability

All items shown on our site are for general guidance only. Due to seasonal and local availability we cannot guarantee that the content of your delivery will always match identically what is shown on our site. In the interests of providing you with the best possible delivery Bespoke Floral Designs may substitute one or more items. If there are particular flowers or colours that your would prefer to be included or even excluded, then we will do our utmost to meet your request.

Stock Hire

All stock hired out should be returned to us in good and reasonable condition e.g. Vases returned in the condition they were supplied. We expect chair covers to used as they were intended for and as such we expect them to get slightly soiled. What is not acceptable is damage/tears, if they are used as hand towels/napkins or if they are taken outside.

Chair Cover & Sash Hire

It is the responsibility of the person hiring out chair covers that they fit the chairs intended. We use round topped Banquet Chair covers and Spandex Chair Covers.
We will loan both chair covers to you as it is your responsibility to check that they fit, as you will be visiting the venue on more than one occasion. We will supply a pre-paid return envelope for you to post back to us, please advise us of which chair cover fits best.
If we arrive at the venue to setup and the chair covers do not fit or are too tight that they may cause damage to the chair covers then we have the right to refuse to supply our chair covers , you will forfeit any monies paid for the time, preparation and any other potential bookings that could have been made for that day.

Damage to any stock may result in the loss of your security deposit.

Please note that once you have paid the Deposit to secure your date you have effectively agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
Any issues or questions you may have must be resolved before deposit is taken.
