We (Bespoke Floral Designs) will not collect information given at time of ordering via email or telephone. We willl not pass this on to a third party or send unsolicited email using this information. Please email bespokefloraldesigns@live.co.uk for any matters regarding privacy.

Stock Availability

All items shown on this site are for general guidance only. Due to seasonal and local availability we cannot guarantee that the content of your delivery will always match identically what is shown on this site. In the interests of providing you with the best possible delivery Bespoke Floral Designs may substitute one or more items. If there are particular flowers or colours that your would prefer to be included or even excluded, then we will do our utmost to meet your request.

Quality Assurance

At Bespoke Floral Designs we are fully committed to providing you with the best possible delivery service. If you are not satisfied in any way with the service that you have received please let us know immediately and your complaint will be investigated. All flowers should last for approximately 7 days depending on the conditions they are kept in.

Complaints/Return Policy/Refunds

Complaints are handled confidentially. When making a complaint about perishable items i.e. flowers please contact us within 48 hours from the date the order was received. We endeavour to respond to all complaints within 5 working days but please note complaints will be resolved within 14 days either with a full credit card refund or in a mutually agreed manner. With non-perishable items i.e. teddy bears please contact us within 7 days of receiving your goods. You have the option to cancel a non-perishable order, starting from the date of order for a 7 day working period, which begins the day after goods are received. In this instance the customer will be responsible for any costs incurred when returning the item/s. We will refund your item cost within 30 days of a cancellation being made.

 *All deposits taken for wedding bookings are refundable subject to the amount of time and effort spent on consulting you and also how close to your date you decided to cancel as this date could have been allocated elsewhere. A fee subject to our discrection will be charged from this deposit dependant on the above.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
